linical Observation: When a patient demonstrates the capacity to reconstruct the therapist’s physiological or cognitive state—fatigue, altered breathing, loss of alertness—the therapeutic boundary may already be compromised. At this stage, the issue is no longer confined to the patient’s psyche. The integrity of the therapeutic structure itself becomes unstable.
Provisional Diagnosis
Boundary Collapse Disorder, with possible overlap of:
- Shared Dissociative Episode
- Therapist-Induced Vulnerability
- False Memory Contagion
Final diagnosis deferred.
